Why three months upfront?
A three-month upfront payment reserves your place in the Flipside Radio schedule and lets us plan onboarding and launch slots with confidence, rather than chasing monthly payments before a show has even gone live.
When does my membership start?
Your prepaid three-month period starts the day Flipside activates your show — not the day you register or pay. Registration and onboarding time is never deducted from your paid membership.
Can I edit my profile before launch?
Yes. Once you've registered you can complete and update your DJ profile at any time before your show is activated.
Can I change package?
Contact Flipside before your show is activated and we can help you move to a different package. Once a show is active, package changes are handled as part of your ongoing membership rather than the sign-up flow.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. Your membership and any active prepaid period continue until the end of the period already paid for, after which billing stops. Your DJ profile is deactivated, not deleted.
What happens if launch is delayed?
Your three-month prepaid period only begins once your show is actually activated, so a delayed launch never shortens the membership time you've paid for.
